ABOUT US
Like nothing you've ever seen before
Homestead Park is a completely unique take on a community gathering place, featuring a 9,000-square-foot open-air marketplace, 7 tiny house retail shops, 2 tiny house restaurants, a wine shop, a provisions store, a large outdoor beer & wine bar, axe throwing, and 2 sand volleyball courts. We also host all sorts of events such as fitness classes, birthdays, tournaments & leagues, car meets, and so much more!
In addition to our open air market we also have a 4,500 square foot events pavilion, kids play area, outdoor eating patio, and 2 lighted sand volleyball courts. Most recently we have added a 1,500 square foot private events tent where you can host a company gathering, family reunion or birthday party. We even offer catering services! Our HUGE yard sale is coming up Saturday the 30th at the Park! We have already filled over 90 of our 100 slots, so sign up now, if you want to sell your stuff! We'll be set up in the Pavilion with hundreds of items, including power tools, electronics, home goods, hardware items, and much, much more. You don't wanna miss it!

Homestead Park is home to two recreational sports leagues, one for cornhole, and another for axe throwing. If you're interested in learning more or possibly joining, see our events.

John Pendray Benefit
Blind Draw Rounders Cornhole Tournament
Join us Saturday, April 20th, for a benefit tournament for our good friends, the Pendrays. We'll have a silent auction and a series of raffles. 100% of proceeds from the silent auction and raffle will go to the Pendray Family, along with a portion of entry fees, bag raffles, and 50/50.

If you’re concerned about sleeping in a loft bed, we have units with very comfortable first floor convertible couch beds. Each unit has a kitchen area with fridge, sink and microwave, plus a surprisingly large bathroom with standing shower, toilet and vanity.

We have decided that going forward, for the foreseeable future, our hours will remain the same. We will be open Thursday – Sunday. In order for us to focus on new projects and events, this schedule gives us time to properly prepare for weekends and to serve you the best we can.
