Audition – Homestead Haunt The Swamp

During the initial phase of our project, Homestead Tiny Enterprises opened 3 tiny retail companies; fringe Jewelry, Local Yocal Gifts and Consignments, and Cork Wine Shop. These three tiny house retail shops, plus 2 more currently owned and operated by retail partners, are the starting point for what will be approximately 30 tiny retails shops on the Homestead Park property. We are currently looking for a seasoned retail manager to help us make our retail businesses successful.
You will work directly with our marketing team on partner and product promotions and report to our General Manager. Your work will be on site and generally during weekdays. You may be asked to cover retail sales shifts if retail staff is unavailable. You can expect to work 25 or 30 hours per week during the initial 90 day evaluation period, after which you will be given a review and future objectives.
Part-time, $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
Retail Manager
We're looking for employees to run our new axe throwing venue! This position is for someone that loves being with people, especially when they're having fun.
We have a brand new throwing room with 2 lanes and 4 targets. Axe throwing coaches will check parties in, teach them the basics of throwing, scoring, and safety, and monitor the overall well being of the environment. In addition, coaches will run league nights and provide support during tournaments. You do not need previous experience to be an axe coach. We will teach you all of the skills you need. (additional hours will be available running corn hole and beach volleyball leagues and tournaments)
The Axe Throwing Room will be open weekdays from 4pm until close, and weekends from 12 noon until close. Starting pay for our Axe Coach positions is $10 per hour plus tips. Based on our experience, tips will be a considerable portion of the overall pay.

Nighttime Cleaner at Homestead Park
We are looking to hire a single night time cleaner for our Homestead Park facility. Cleanings begin one hour before our closing times and are needed on Fridays, Saturday and Wednesdays. Cleanings take approximately 3 hours and include dining areas, bathrooms, pavilion, and events tent. Pay is hourly and starts at $14 per hour.

Our kitchen is already outfitted with a propane griddle, refrigerated prep table, stainless steel work table, 3 basin sink, hand wash sink, and commercial refrigerator.

$350 per month for common area maintenance, apportioned property tax and insurance, electricity and water, internet access and point of sale system, trash pickup, Friday night musician's fee, and promotion on Homestead's website and social media (lessee covers propane and grease trap clean-out).

$50 per month for Square POS terminal rental (optional).
